Today, we exclusively concentrate on manufacturing PET films. Our buildings, administration and installation engineering are state-of-the-art which need not avoid any comparison with the industry manufacturing PET rigid films throughout the world. The enterprise is led by an excellent team that is composed of members of all fields like production, planning, administration, quality, energy, hygiene, work protection, training courses, etc. – numerously awarded by certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 [based on ISO 22000], BRCGS Class A, SA 8000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, IFS Logistics, SAM, AEO), which guarantee a permanent audit mode on account of their integration.
Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP) is a prerequisite of the certifications according to FSSC 22000 as well as BRCGS and is the basis of our production.

Another essential component of our corporate policy is to guarantee a constant product safety to our customers by offering them permanent traceability. Based on SAP, we exercise the exchange of information with our customers in our own IT division starting from the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) up to the invoicing by means of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

Die am Jahrzehntbeginn vorgenommenen tiefgreifenden Prozessumstellungen bei der sicht-pack Hagner GmbH (D-72280 Dornstetten; www.sicht-pack-hagner.de) – ausf. siehe KIWeb 11.02.2011 – tragen mittlerweile ansehnliche Früchte. Mit wachsender Erfahrung kann die Flexibilität der Produktionslinien für feste PET-Folien noch besser genutzt werden. Gab Geschäftsführer Heinrich Hagner vor drei Jahren noch rund 85.000 jato als Durchsatzkapazität für das Unternehmen an, sind es heute – bei grundsätzlich unveränderter Technologieinstallation – bereits mehr als 100.000 jato.

Der hohe Automatisierungsgrad hat die Produktivität zudem deutlich erhöht. Mit heute 140 Mitarbeitern erzielt sicht-pack Hagner ein stabiles Umsatzvolumen von etwa 100 Mio EUR. Die logistisch ausgeklügelte, mit kontinuierlicher Qualitätssicherung versehene reinraumähnliche Produktion garantiert dabei weiterhin eine extrem hohe Produktsicherheit. Das Unternehmen ist entsprechend umfassend für alle Lebensmittel- und Pharmazie-Ansprüche zertifiziert.

Zur anstehenden Weltleitmesse „interpack" (Düsseldorf 8. bis 14. Mai 2014, www.interpack.de) hat sicht-pack Hagner nun einen neuen Webauftritt entwickelt, der die Organisation und Leistungsmöglichkeiten des Unternehmens transparenter macht als bisher. Da die Verwendung elektronischer Medien ein fester Bestandteil in der Informationsbeschaffung und Entscheidungsfindung geworden ist, wird die Verfügbarkeit der Information auf allen heute gängigen Elektronikgeräten gewährleistet – neben dem PC also vor allem Tablets und Smartphones.

Dabei wurden Entwicklungen aus der Medienwelt auf die Belange des Industrieunternehmens übertragen. Insgesamt kann man sich in dreifacher Weise auf der Webseite bewegen: konventionell über eine Hauptmenüleiste, durch Verlinkungen in den einzelnen Informationspaketen und auf dem Tablet mittels einer Übersichtseite am Ende des Scrollsektors. Philosophie, Serviceleistungen, Art und Weise der Arbeit, Technologie und Produkte des Unternehmens werden so für jeden Nutzer erfahrbar.
