Our buildings, administration and installation engineering are state-of-the-art which need not avoid any comparison with the industry manufacturing PET rigid films throughout the world. The enterprise is led by an excellent team that is composed of members of all fields like production, planning, administration, quality, energy, hygiene, work protection, training courses, etc. – numerously awarded by certifications (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 [based on ISO 22000], BRCGS Class A, SA 8000, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 14001, IFS Logistics, SAM, AEO), which guarantee a permanent audit mode on account of their integration.
Good Manufacturing Practice ( GMP) is a prerequisite of the certifications according to FSSC 22000 as well as BRCGS and is the basis of our production.

Another essential component of our corporate policy is to guarantee a constant product safety to our customers by offering them permanent traceability. Based on SAP, we exercise the exchange of information with our customers in our own IT division starting from the VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) up to the invoicing by means of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

PET films: Addition to capacity of 10,000 tons per year

In the year 1989, hardly was another packaging topic in Western Europe as "hot" as the PET films. The difficulty took and takes centre stage that the requirement of PET films is considerably higher than the available capacities – basically in consequence of the increasing substitution of PVC packaging films by PET. According to KI investigations, many projected rearrangements cannot be realised for the time being on account of the missing availability of PET films. A certain relief may be experienced only in the course of the year 1990, since new capacities are established in a couple of European countries.

The biggest manufacturer of PET films, Sicht-Pack Hagner GmbH (D-7295 Dornstetten/Hallwangen) – brand name "PETClearyl"; slogan "packaging and recycling consciously ", is going to increase the supply volume of currently about 6,000 t per year up to 10,000 t by means of another ultra-modern installation as of midyear. Chief executive Hans Hagner: "PETClearyl- Polyester Film – a product comes out on top, precisely because it is the trend-setting material alternative for our common future
." – Besides PET films (mono and composite films), transparent packages as well as the field of thermoplastic deformations (i.a. blister packages, sliding blisters, round lids, thermoformed parts, pharma packages, sorting inlays) are part of the delivery programme of the enterprise.
