All processes are SAP supported and networked via the Intranet. The continuous communication provides the required information for all coordinating points and divisions. An integrated management system having its own information system arranges for realising the requirements in timely manner.

Hygiene
The hygiene installations and measures are oriented towards the requirements of packaging sensitive products. They are a pre-condition for a great many of certifications. Cleanliness and hygiene are acted consequently in the whole enterprise.
 
Film extrusion
We manufacture a variety of specifications for multi-purpose thermoforming and packaging applications on five extrusion installations having a total annual capacity of more than 100,000 tons, different effective outputs and manufacturing facilities.
 
Film lamination
We produce composite films by means of a 2-component solvent-free adhesive on laminating installations in order to protect the supporting material and/or to achieve the desired material properties such as sealability/peelability as well as improved barrier properties.
 
Confectioning
The films are finalised on modern, fully automatic installations in different widths and diameters, coordinated with the customer-specific packaging stipulations. The high degree of automation secures the continuous quality here, too.
 
Shipment
In relation to the customer and to the order, the material is commissioned and delivered

Core of our internal logistics is a pallet transport system across the buildings linking the machine centres among themselves as well as the shipping area with the central pallet storage area among each other.
