We manufacture a broad range of specifications of multi-purpose thermoforming and packaging applications on five extrusion installations having a total capacity of more than 100,000 tons with different nominal capacities and production facilities.
The film is a mass product and is processed at our customers’ sites on high-efficiency machines. It has a direct, continuous as well as essential influence on productivity. The least deviations from the specification may cause disturbances of the processing and increased administration costs. Operating such complex installations makes great demands on the qualification and motivation of the members of staff and of the management all in all.
Administratively accompanying the installation and the technical processes as well as the customers’ orders on all manufacturing levels is another fundamental factor. We are under continuous development and optimising the processes by making use of the facilities growing faster and faster.
Logistics

Core of our internal logistics is a pallet transport system across the buildings linking the machine centres among themselves as well as the shipping area with the central pallet storage area among each other.
Highly motivated and qualified teams organise complex processes, using modern data processing, storage and conveying technology. We always keep updated through logistics-specific training courses.
